Given my distance from you, I will be unable to do any At-Home Urgent services. Scheduled At-Homes and Tele-health only.
Comprehensive primary care services included: at least 12 Tele-Health visits, 2 At-Home non-urgent visits, preventive screening review, chronic disease management, medication management, acute illness evaluation, health counseling, and basic injury assessment.
Secure, direct messaging for non-urgent medical questions, follow-up clarifications, and medication adjustments included.
Herbal, tincture, slave, and lotion creation for members where appropriate.
Heavily discounted At-Home Visit procedures by at least 50%.
