At-Home Basic or Urgent Care Visit (Upper Peninsula)
Yooper’s Only. A basic in-home or urgent care visit brings personalized medical care directly to you! I will come to your home for an old-fashioned doctor visit. I will do a complete intake for you, along with a physical exam for a compete evaluation. This visit will qualify you for established member pricing for the next year once recommended labs are completed and reviewed. You may also consider making me your primary care if recommended follow-ups are continued.
Once your initial purchase is made, I will contact you for scheduling or you may contact me for availability beforehand. Additional charges may be needed for travel or add-on procedures. See below.
